Patient Survey - 93% overall experience rated as good

NHS England together with Ipsos, have published the latest Official Statistics from the GP Patient Survey. The survey provides information on patients’ overall experience of primary care services and their overall experience of accessing these services.

Results are weighted ensuring the results are more representative of the population of patients aged 16 or over registered with each GP practice.

93% of patients rated their overall experience of our practice as good (National Average 75%)

This is one of the highest ranking achieved across all GP practices in South East London and acknowledges the practice as highly ranked within the country. .

Providing exceptional service is crucial for maintaining patient satisfaction and trust.
